Under new ownership

TWG Automotive Limited was sold by William Gibson to Ed Hucker in August 2024, William is now following his dream of working in the Motorsport racing world as a driver/instructor. This decision  was made easier knowing the business would be kept in the capable hands of Ed, who will continue pushing the business forward by providing the highest standards or work and customer service.

TWG Automotive Limited was set up by father and son Adrian and William Gibson in Camberley as an independent specialist in BMW and MINI vehicles, aiming to offer a quality alternative to the high prices inevitably charged by dealerships. This is the fundamental objective behind our company mission statement “dealership quality at an affordable price”.

TWG Automotive is the original Independent Specialists of BMW and MINI vehicles based in Camberley, trading from the same site for more than ten years. No other BMW and MINI Specialist can offer the same level of expertise and knowledge that the staff at TWG can. We pride ourselves in giving the best care and attention to your BMW and MINI that any garage can.

Ed Hucker – Director/ BMW Senior technician

Ed joined TWG in 2022 and brought a wealth of BMW knowledge with him, from E39s to the latest ‘I’ range, Ed has it covered. Ed has worked at some of the countries most prestigious BMW dealers starting as an apprentice and working up to a qualified BMW Senior Technician. Ed is also qualified to the highest BMW electric level which enables him to do all things electric including GEN 5. Ed had joined TWG as a manager and has now taken the reigns as Director keeping the very high standards that set TWG apart from the rest.

Saffron Steele – BMW Technician

Saffron joined TWG in September 2024, Saffron started her BMW journey as an apprentice going on to become a BMW certified Technician, she too has ‘I’ Level qualifications and can service and maintain all electric and hybrid models, Saffron has a wide range of knowledge on F series onwards BMW and MINI’s and has been a real asset to the team

Glenn Holmes – Vehicle technician

Glenn Joined TWG in 2022. Glenn grew up and trained in  his hometown of Dartford before moving to Yately with his partner in 2022. Glenn is a enthusiastic worker who has a large knowledge of BMWs from E46s up to present day models his standards are high and his work quality matches, Glenn works great as part of the team and is always looking at areas to improve to be able to provide the best service to you, our customers.

Henry Morgan – Apprentice

Henry joined TWG in 2023 as an Apprentice following on from a successful college work experience, he is very keen to learn his craft here and is progressing very well through the apprenticeship program, we cant wait to see the benefits of his hard work when he inevitably completes his Apprenticeship

Helen Burrow

Helen is the face that many customers see first. Helen works in the reception and also works through the mountains of admin work that a busy BMW and MINI garage creates. Helen has worked in customer services for many years and brings a great friendly, happy vibe to the work place.

The TWG approach

We use the latest dealership level diagnostic software that allows us to carry out the same investigative procedures undertaken by a dealer, ensuring your BMW or MINI continues to receive the best possible care. By reducing overheads our labour rates are in the region of 30% to 50% lower than a typical dealership without compromising our top quality customer service.

We use BMW and MINI parts as standard but we can also source some more cost effective parts that meet our high quality needs if the customer wishes. At TWG Automotive we offer a high end service, the same you may find at a dealership, so you need have no fear of poor workmanship or lack of product knowledge. We are a real, affordable, dealership alternative.
